Traveling Meat & More caters to local families, homebound seniors, and those experiencing temporary illnesses, loss, or otherwise. Meals are designed to be both nutritionally bountiful and delicious. Using the freshest ingredients, special diets can be accommodated such as gluten-free, low-sodium, allergy-sensitivities, and food aversions. Each meal is individually prepared for the recipient. 

 

The weekly menu is sent out via email the week before usually on Thursday. Orders are taken up to 48 hours before delivery or as soon as possible. The delivery radius is 5 miles from McLean, VA. Meals are $15.00 per person. For one-time orders for "respite" dinners, deliveries can be made outside the 5-mile radius for an additional $10 delivery fee.

Friday: Burrata Calzone with a side of house-made marinara sauce
